Dance Class Booking.

Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully before booking a dance class on our dance website (“Website”). These Terms govern your use of the Website and your booking of dance classes. By booking a dance class on our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not proceed with the booking.

Booking Process:

1.1 Eligibility: To book a dance class, you must be at least 18 years old or have obtained parental or guardian consent to make a booking.

1.2 Availability: Dance classes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule any dance class without prior notice.

1.3 Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process, including your name, contact details, and any other required information.

1.4 Confirmation: Upon successful completion of the booking process, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your dance class booking. This confirmation serves as proof of your reservation.

Payments:

2.1 Fees: Dance class fees are clearly displayed on the Website and are payable at the time of booking. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms or as required by applicable law.

2.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments through secure payment gateways specified on the Website. You must provide accurate and valid payment information.

2.3 Currency: All fees and transactions are conducted in the currency specified on the Website.

Cancellations and Refunds:

3.1 Cancellations by You: If you wish to cancel your dance class booking, you must notify us in writing or through the cancellation process provided on the Website at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the forfeiture of your refund. Refunds for cancellations made within the designated timeframe will be processed within a reasonable period.

3.2 Same-Day Bookings: Bookings made on the same day as the dance class are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel a same-day booking, you will not be eligible for a refund.

3.3 Non-Transferable: Bookings and booking payments are not transferable to another individual or Class without our prior written consent. The person who made the original booking must be the participant attending the dance class.

Participant Responsibilities:

4.1 Health and Safety: You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit and in good health to participate in the dance class. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, you must consult with a healthcare professional before attending the class.

4.2 Code of Conduct: You agree to abide by any rules, regulations, or codes of conduct provided by the dance class instructor or facility. Failure to comply with these rules may result in your removal from the class without a refund.

4.3 Personal Belongings: We shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings during the dance class. It is your responsibility to safeguard your belongings.

Intellectual Property:

5.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to the dance classes, including but not limited to choreography, music, and instructional materials, belong to the respective owners or licensed entities.

5.2 Restrictions: You are not permitted to record, reproduce, distribute, or share any dance class content without the express written consent of the intellectual property rights owner.

Limitation of Liability:

6.1 Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your participation in the dance class or any breach of these Terms.

6.2 Disclaimer: We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the dance class, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of any kind.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Amendments and Updates:

8.1 We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

8.2 Continued use of the Website or booking of dance classes after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
